Oh Hyeon-gyu of Suwon Samsung Bluewings is set to join Celtic FC in the Scottish Premiership.
The Scottish club based in Glasgow on Wednesday announced a five-year deal with the striker.
"It's great to have him here. I'm sure he'll add to our football club. I'm really excited by the potential he has but also the impact he can make straight away. I just think he's a really good fit for us," the club quoted manager Ange Postecoglou as saying.
Oh, who made his professional debut in 2019, was the Bluewings' top scorer last season with 13 goals and three assists in 36 appearances.
In November last year, he traveled to Qatar for the FIFA World Cup as a replacement player just in case coverage was needed for Tottenham Hotspur forward and national team captain Son Heung-min, who suffered a facial injury.
With the deal, Oh becomes the third Korean to play for the Hoops after Ki Sung-yueng and Cha Doo-ri.
