NewJeans' 'Hype Boy' Passes 100 Million Streams on Spotify

Girl group NewJeans' debut song "Hype Boy" has surpassed 100 million streams on the world's largest music streaming platform Spotify.

According to their management agency, the song reached the milestone on Sunday, just 97 days after its release in August.

"Attention," another song on their debut album, is also expected to hit the milestone soon, as it has garnered around 92.48 million streams on the platform.

Rookie band NewJeans, consisting of five teenagers, have shot to stardom in just about three months since their debut.
