Blackpink have sold more than 2 million copies of their new album, becoming the first K-pop girl group to achieve the feat.
Sales tracker Circle Chart, formerly known as Gaon Chart, said on Thursday that the quartet's second full-length album, "Born Pink," sold 2.14 million copies in less than a week since its release on Sept. 16.

They broke their own previous sales record, which was set with their first full-length album "The Album," selling over 1.3 million copies at the time of release in October 2020.
Blackpink also set records in terms of both first-day and first-week sales, selling 1 million copies on the first day of its release and over 2 million copies in the first week.
