Girl group Aespa's latest album "Girls" debuted at No. 3 on the U.S. Billboard 200 albums chart for the week ending July 14. The third-place ranking was achieved just a week after the release of their second album on July 8.
Billboard said last Sunday that the Korean quartet's second mini album was their "first top 10 effort," which can be seen as a testament to their rapidly growing global popularity since their debut in 2020.

Aespa's first mini album, "Savage," reached No. 20 on the same chart last year.
According to sales tracker Circle Chart, the album "Girls" sold 1.43 million copies in the first week of its release, making it the first album to do so among female K-pop acts.
