Hwang Ui-jo of FC Girondins de Bordeaux is likely to be transferred this summer.
Rumors are swirling that he has been receiving offers not only from other French teams, but also from Germany's Bundesliga. And according to Italian media outlet Calciomercato, England's West Ham United are also interested in Hwang.
Hwang's contract with the French club lasts until June next year, but the already-relegated Bordeaux are on the verge of being relegated further to the third-tier division amid crippling financial woes and may not be able to retain Hwang.
The Korean striker, who amassed 11 goals last season, achieving double-digit goals for the second straight season, went through a temporary slump, but boosted his value by scoring a goal each in Korea's recent friendlies against Brazil and Egypt here early this month.
