Seoul Metro to Run Late at Night Again

All subway lines in Seoul will gradually operate until 1 a.m. again from Tuesday.

They stopped running at midnight since April 2020, when the coronavirus pandemic began.

Seoul Metro said Monday that Line Nos. 2, 5, 6, 7 and 8 begin running until 1 a.m. starting Tuesday. Line No. 1 is next on July 1, while Line Nos. 3 and 4 will follow suit on Aug. 1.

They will still stop at midnight on weekends and holidays.
