Bangtan Boys' V Surpasses 40 Million Followers on Instagram

V of super boy band Bangtan Boys, also known as BTS, has garnered more than 40 million followers on Instagram.

V reached the milestone on Wednesday, just about five months after he created his account.

He is now the most followed male K-pop artist in the world, and next in line are the other six members of BTS with Jung-kook at 37 million, Ji-min at 33.8 million, J-Hope at 33.4 million, Jin at 33.3 million, Suga at 32.7 million and RM at 29.1 million.

But among all K-pop stars Blackpink's Lisa still has the most Instagram followers with more than 76 million.
