      Kiwoom Heroes' outfielder Lee Jung-hoo has set a new record by becoming the youngest player to have 900 hits in 670 games.

      Lee's record-breaking hit came at the top of the fifth inning in an away game against the Doosan Bears in Seoul on Sunday, making him the youngest player to achieve the milestone at the age of 23 years and seven months and breaking the previous records by Lee Seung-yeop, a former slugger of Samsung Lions, who set the record at the age of 24 years and nine months, and Lee Jong-beom, his father and one of the best all-round players of the 1990s, who reached the milestone in 698 games.

      Kiwoom Heroes beat Doosan Bears 6-2.
