Boy band Bangtan Boys, also known as BTS, won Record of the Year at U.S. entertainment magazine Variety's annual Hitmakers event on Saturday.
The boys won the award for their second English-language hit "Butter."
They were previously named Group of the Year in 2019.
"The song 'Butter' holds a special place in our heart," BTS said in a video acceptance speech. "We shared the song with everyone in hopes of lifting spirits, and the energy and excitement from all those that enjoyed the song across the world, in turn, helped us move forward as well."
"Butter" has achieved many feats since its release on May 21. It topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart for a total of 10 weeks and won Favorite Pop Song at the American Music Awards last month.
The song has also been nominated for a Grammy for Best Pop Duo/Group performance. The Grammy Awards are scheduled to take place late next month.
