"Dynamite" by Bangtan Boys, also known as BTS, earned triple platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of America on Monday.
The group's hit single met the criteria for the certification, which is given to a single or album that sells over 3 million units.
The RIAA's awards range from gold certification (500,000 units) to platinum (1 million units), multi-platinum (2 million units) and diamond (10 million units).
The RIAA also certified another BTS album "BE" as platinum and its main track "Life Goes On" as gold.

Prior to "Dynamite," "Butter" was the group's most-certified single with multi-platinum status.
BTS now have the most certifications for their songs or albums among all K-pop acts.
