Expectations are running high for an upcoming TV comedy thriller series starring actress Lee Young-ae, as its main poster was unveiled on Wednesday.
"Inspector Koo" revolves around an insurance investigator who probes a series of murder cases covered up as accidents.
Lee, who has rarely failed to live up to her reputation as a top actress during her career spanning some 30 years, is expected to amuse and hook viewers by creating an eccentric, unconventional character in the series, which combines different genres of thriller, mystery and comedy.
The first episode of "Inspector Koo" will be aired on Oct. 30.
