Aespa Named Among 'Ones to Watch' by People Magazine

Girl group Aespa was included in People magazine's list of "Ones to Watch" for this year as one of "Hollywood's rising stars."

The girls are the only Korean act on the list, which includes actresses Sydney Sweeney and Demi Singleton, and Canadian singer-songwriter Tate McRae.

"Last year the quartet... launched in [Korea] with their chart-topper 'Black Mamba.' The single's music video made history, becoming the fastest debut by a K-pop group to notch 100 million YouTube views," wrote People.

The magazine added they are "eyeing global superstardom" with the release of their first mini album "Savage" early this month.
