Trams for tourists will trundle around the traditional Hanok Village in Jeonju, North Jeolla Province from 2023.
A total of seven tram cars will circle a 3.3 km route of picturesque spots in the village at a speed of 10 km/h.
The Jeonju city government will invest W36 billion and the Korea Railroad Research Institute will take charge of technology (US$1=W1,128).
