Han Ye-seul Excited to Try Something Different in New TV Series

Actress Han Ye-seul returned to the small screen with a new TV series.

In the series "Big Issue," which focuses on the exhausting life of paparazzi photographers who strive to catch glimpses of celebrity lives from behind the lens, Han plays a tabloid editor.

The latest role is a departure for Han, who made her name with perfect portrayals of mostly sweet and loveable characters in romantic comedies.

"I'm more excited than afraid. It's a chance to show a different side of me and move forward as an actress," Han said.

The first episode of the series started airing on Wednesday.
