Major Banks Hiring More People Than Last Year

Financial institutions and banks said they have upped the number of employees they are recruiting this year in line with the government's emphasis on job creation.

The top eight commercial banks including KB Kookmin, Shinhan and Woori said they are hiring a combined 2,300 people for regular positions by the end of this year, some 750 more than the same period last year.
