French cosmetics maker Chanel has pulled all its products off the shelves at duty-free shops at Incheon International Airport.
Chanel failed to reach an agreement with Lotte, Shilla and Samik, which operate the duty-free shops.

According to sources on Wednesday, Chanel demanded an independent 100 sq.m space, but duty free shop operators refused. One duty-free shop staffer said, "Chanel already had a lot more space than other brands, but now they're being unreasonable."
A Chanel spokesman here said, "We decided to pull all of our products out of Incheon International Airport last month," but declined to elaborate.
In May, Chanel also pulled its bags and other merchandise out of the duty-free shop run by the Korea Tourism Organization at Incheon.
