The Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights will open an office in Seoul on Tuesday to better monitor the human rights situation in North Korea.
The office is also expected to play a facilitating role in connecting civic groups here with the international community.
The Seoul office opened Twitter and Facebook accounts last week and is already communicating with the public, both in and outside South Korea.
