Lee Seung-woo of Barcelona's youth football team has received an offer from Real Madrid, according to Spanish newspaper Marca on Tuesday.
The daily reported that the 17-year-old is "unable to show off his prodigious talents for Barca's youth team due to FIFA-imposed transfer sanctions" until he turns 18 next January.
Sport, another Spanish paper, previously reported that President Florentino Perez had been in contact with Lee's agent to sign him.
