Whittled-down Kara Prepare to Meet Fans in Korea, Japan

Kara are returning as a three-member group next month almost half a year after two of the original members left the girl band.

Park Gyu-lee, Han Seung-yeon and Gu Ha-ra will meet fans in Seoul on May 24, and in Budokan, Japan on June 1.

The two events will serve as opportunities for them to clear the air and explain to fans in both countries their new direction, as well as updating fans on their latest activities.

Two former members, Nicole and Kang Ji-young, parted ways as their respective contracts with management agency DSP Media expired this year.

Nicole is currently in the U.S. taking singing and dancing courses, while Kang has been taking English-language courses in London.
