England's Premier League outfit Arsenal are "plotting a shock move for Celtic midfielder Ki Sung-yueng," Britain's Daily Mail reported on Wednesday.
According to the daily, Steve Rowley, the Gunners' chief scout, highly regards Ki as an "energetic" midfielder worth 9 million pounds, and will soon recommend him to manager Arsène Wenger.
