Obama to Send Delegation to Roh's Funeral

U.S. President Barack Obama is sending a delegation led by U.S. Ambassador to Seoul Kathleen Stephens to the funeral service for former President Roh Moo-hyun, who died Saturday.

The delegation includes Gen. Walter Sharp, the commander of U.S. Forces Korea, Alexander Arvizu, deputy assistant secretary of State at the Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs, Michael Green, a former senior director for Asian affairs at the National Security Council, and Georgetown University professor Victor Cha.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Thursday visited an altar set up at the Korean Embassy in Washington, D.C. to pay respects to Roh.
