'One Fine Spring Day' Named Best Picture at Blue Dragon Awards

The annual Blue Dragon Awards honored the best in Korean cinema at its 22nd awards ceremony in Seoul Thursday and the prize for best picture went to "One Fine Spring Day" portraying a relationship using sound as a major motif.

The best director award went to Song Hye-sung for "Failan" about a small-time gangster with a heart of gold, while the best actor award also went to Failan's Choi Min-shik, for his depiction of the gangster.

Meanwhile, Jang Jin-young was named best actress for her role in the chilling horror film "Sorum" in which she plays a battered wife.
