Airlines will increase flights to Jeju for the peak season in April and May. Korean Air said Tuesday it added a total of 58 flights with seat capacity of 10,636 on Jeju routes -- 54 flights or 9,840 seats from Gimpo and back and four flights or 596 seats from Busan. It plans to offer additional, temporary services during the holidays between May 1 and 5.
Asiana Airlines will from Thursday to April 30 add 8,999 seats on 52 flights between Gimpo and Jeju and 7,093 seats on 39 flights between Incheon and Jeju. In May, it will add 192 flights to the Gimpo route and 74 to the Incheon route.
