Seoul's Gov't Call Center Impresses Foreign Countries
A call center run by the Seoul city government is drawing keen interest from public and private sectors around the world.

Seoul's 120 call center provides integrated information on all civil affairs, which officials say is being benchmarked overseas. They say since the center opened in September 2007, more than 300 government workers and businessmen from 23 countries, including Russia, China and Germany, have visited the center.

The city government currently runs bi-monthly tours of the center's operations to accommodate the growing number of visitors from both home and abroad.
