Korean soccer player Lee Young-pyo of English Premier League Tottenham Hotspur is expected to rejoin his former team PSV Eindhoven. A British daily confirmed Wednesday that the Dutch club has offered to buy back Lee.
The Times reported that Juande Ramos, Tottenham's head coach, was approached by PSV and he and Lee are willing to accept an offer as the team began a "clear-out" of players.

"Ramos believes that it is better to take a lower transfer fee and reduce the wage bill and use the money to sign players who are more likely to play," the report said.
A close associate of Lee hinted that a transfer might happen very soon, saying a deal could be concluded quickly once negotiations between the two sides take place.
Enfield Independent, another local daily in London, also reported that Tottenham and PSV are to hold negotiations about a transfer fee for Lee this week.
