The Korea Exchange on Thursday announced that LG Telecom is switching from the tech-heavy Kosdaq market to the main KOSPI from next Monday.

LG Telecom recorded sales of W4.6 trillion (US1$ = W992) and a net profit of W275.3 billion last year. Listed on the Kosdaq in September 2000, LG Telecom is the second company after Asiana Airlines to make the switch this year.

LG Telecom, with a market capitalization of W2.26 trillion on the Kosdaq as of Thursday, will be the 82nd largest company on the KOSPI. Asiana’s stock price fell slightly after it moved to the KOSPI on Mach 28.
