Business Sentiment Falls for 2nd Straight Quarter
Korean businesses were found to be less confident for the April-June period of this year.

The Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry says its latest Business Survey Index or BSI marked 97, a second consecutive quarterly drop.

Among the 1,500 companies that participated in the survey, more than half expect high raw materials costs and the strengthening Korean won to be obstacles in the next quarter.

A BSI reading over 100 means more businesses are feeling optimistic about their performance in near future, while a reading below 100 means otherwise.
