Chung still leads the pack with 77,417 accumulated votes, ahead of Sohn with 66,859 votes and Lee¡¯s 50,961. However, analysts say the result of the UNDP primary race is unpredictable now Sohn won two straight rounds of phone votes. Mathematically, Sohn is behind Chung by just about 10,000 votes, taking the tide at the flood in the final stage. There remains a "one shot" primary election with an electoral college of 1.06 million slated on Sunday and a mobile phone vote with 135,000. Turnout was 74.9 percent on Thursday, better than the 70.6 percent of the first round and more than triple the poor turnout of 19 percent in the eight regional polls held so far.
