The British-based Official Airline Guide or OAG, awarded the country's biggest airport the title at its 25th annual awards ceremony on Tuesday.

Incheon International beat out five other nominees including Dubai International Airport, New York's Kennedy International Airport and Singapore's Changi.

The OAG conducts yearly surveys on travelers around the world and selects the best airline and airport based on those surveys.
