World Cup Draw with France Picked Year's Best Play
Korean soccer fans say their national team played its best this year in a 1-1 draw with France in the World Cup. This is according to a survey by the Korea Football Association on some 800 people on the best performances in the sport this year.

Best goal of the year went to K-League Most Valuable Player Kim Do-heon of Seongnam Ilhwa. He blasted a mid-range goal in an Asian Cup qualifier against Taiwan. Player of the year was Seol Ki-hyeon, who plays for FC Reading in the English Premier League.
