Nuke Energy Agreement Signed with Vietnam

Korea and Vietnam have signed an agreement on nuclear energy development, and on building a Korean industrial complex, north of the Vietnamese capital Hanoi on Saturday. Under the deal, Seoul will help Hanoi develop its own nuclear energy technologies, and expand bilateral cooperation in resources. Seoul officials say Korea hopes to take part in the construction of nuclear power plants in Vietnam.
