As temperatures rise, so does the discomfort index. The more hair you have falling about your neck, the more you will suffer. You could of course cut it all off, but then you would miss the extra protection in winter. Instead, the summer¡¯s styles include various ways of wearing your hair up to show off your swan-like neck. Cool styles include asymmetrical or lopsided ways of pinning up the hair and funky curls at the sides and a conscientiously messy way of pinning up the rest. Wear it well, and the style can add up to 5 cm to your height.

¡ãIf you have long, straight hair¡¦

1) After applying hair essence, braid your hair at the crown of your head into a small donut shape and fix it with a small pin. Direct the tail part toward your forehead.
2) Repeat step 1 to make two more donut-shape braids below the first one you made. Make sure to direct the tail part up in the air.
3) Set aside just a few strands of hair around your ears and braid the rest into a round shape and pin it up. Fix with an ornamental hairpin.

¡ãIf you have curly hair ¡¦
1) Spray your fringe to make it stay up. Back-comb it to make it look disheveled.
2) Braid some of your hair at the sides horizontally (If you find it difficult to do this, just twist it) and fix it with a hairpin or rubber band.
3) Fluff up your hair at the crown and fix it with a hairpin just as you like it and braid the rest of your hair, roll it and fix it with a hair pin.
4) Use a large hairpin or a small clamp as a highlight.

¡ãIf you have shoulder-length hair¡¦

Fluff up the fringe and fix with a hair band. Tie your hair in the middle of the back of your head. Back-comb the ends of your hair just a few strands at a time to create a bomb-shaped bun. This is easy when you have bobbed hair.

¡ãIf you have a round forehead¡¦

Completely expose your forehead, fluff up the fringe and fix it with a hairpin, then tug your hair at the sides backward strongly while combing it, which makes you look sophisticated. This is easy when you don¡¯t have bangs and have a round forehead.

¡ãIf you have a layered hair style¡¦

Tie up your hair lower in the back of your head rather loosely, braid it in a single direction, roll it and fix it with a hairpin. Pull out your hair around the ears and let it stay as it is naturally.

¡ãIf you want to look younger¡¦

Does putting your hair up necessarily make you look older? It depends on how you wear it. If you put your hair up not on the back but rather cater-cornered, it makes you look younger. Rather than just tugging your hair back while combing, twist it loosely or braid it and fix it with a hairpin in the back to create a more feminine look from behind. It¡¯s fun to cross twisted strands into an X shape. If you want some highlights, use a couple of ornamental small hair pins.
