Two Koreas to Hold Ministerial Talks Late April
The two Koreas are set to resume ministerial talks later this month after North Korea reportedly proposed on Thursday to hold the meetings in Pyongyang from April 21 to 24. A spokesman of South Korea¡¯s Unification Ministry says the government sent a telegram to the North this morning agreeing to the proposal.

The last round of ministerial meetings between South and North Korea were held last December, and North Korea unilaterally postponed a follow-up meeting originally set for late March over joint U.S.-South Korean military exercises that took place in and around the Korean Peninsula at the time. The next round of ministerial talks will be the 18th.
