From now on, several services available on the Korean portal site Naver can be seen in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
Microsoft Korea said starting today, users can download a special service patch from the company's web site to use NHN's Naver search engine, online dictionary, and a few other functions.
Microsoft Office 2003 users may download the patch from the two web sites shown on the screen to add NHN's search services to their content.
NHN expects the move will help it further expand its dominance in the Korean search engine market by increasing online traffic while Microsoft hopes to attract more Korean Internet users.
