KTF Starts Text-to-Speech Message Service
KTF has started a new service that turns internet text messages into voice messages through mobile phones or telephones, the company announced Monday.

The Web Message Call service uses TTS (Text To Speech) technology, changing text messages received at the website into speech by male or female voices. Users can also record their own voices and send messages to up to 20 people. KTF executive Yoo Seok-o said the service was aimed at "teenagers with individuality" or business people who need to make frequent announcements.

By logging on to service site (www.voisn.com) users can send 150 bytes - about 70 characters - for W30 and 300 bytes - about 150 characters - for W50.
