N. Korea Will Return to 6-Party Talks If Conditions Meet
North Korea says it will return to six-country talks to resolve its nuclear standoff if the United States shows "trustworthy sincerity" toward resuming the negotiations.

And the first step North Korea is demanding from the United States is an apology for calling Pyongyang an "outpost of tyranny." North Korea's Foreign Ministry blames what it views as a hostile policy by the U.S. government for the failure of six-party nuclear talks.

North Korea also threatened to resume its long-range missile tests since talks between Pyongyang and Washington came to a halt.
