According to the prosecution, the producer made a contract with Sagang for making an adult music video last May and took video and photograph footage, but Yu transformed the project into nude videos and nude pictorial magazines and provided them to mobile communication companies. He also distributed materials to the press, like composite photos of Sagang merged with those of other models that made her appear totally nude.

Officials from the prosecutors' office said Yu was summarily indicted out of concern that Sagang could be harmed again in the course of a trial.
