Doctors Favor Chicken with Ginseng, Eel, Dogmeat as Summer Foods
A report was released that showed doctors preferred chicken soup with ginseng as the most healthy summer food, while one out of ten enjoyed eating dog soup as well.

As the result of the survey conducted on 260 doctors at Seoul National University Bundang Hospital, 45 percent -- 118 doctors -- chose chicken soup with ginseng. Following chicken soup, broiled eels was chosen by 20 percent (51), dog soup by 11 percent (29) and duck soup by 6 percent (16).

"A lack of protein leads to chronic fatigue, weakened immune system and various diseases. Filling up with protein is important during the summer when people easily lose their appetite and sweat a lot," the hospital said.
