Just a day ahead of the highly anticipated verdict on the unprecedented impeachment trial of President Roh Moo-hyun, the Constitutional Court is set to hold one last closed-door session on Thursday, for some minor, last minute adjustments.

Reports indicate that the nine judges have reached a general consensus on all major sticking points, one of which is whether the verdict should include minority opinions.

Initially the Court had decided against public minority views in light of concerns such as disclosure, which could lead to more political unrest.

However, sources now say the final ruling may include parts of those minority views, but given the sensitive nature of the trial, the number and names of the judges who make up the minority will be withheld.
