Snow that had fallen since Thursday afternoon is expected to fall until this Friday, the Korean "Gyeongchip" (day on which insects appear from their holes in earth). Snow will lay 10cm deep in Seoul with a maximum of 15cm on Ulleung Island and Dokdo Islet. The Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) gave a preliminary weather update forecasting heavy snow from Thursday afternoon. Traffic congestion is expected.
