WASHINGTON - U.S. President George W. Bush said Thursday that political powers in North Korea and Iran are challenging peace and that the world would drift towards tragedy if the United States shows any signs of weakness and uncertainty during the next ten years. This was part of Bush¡¯s speech for electoral fundraising happened in Louisville, Kentucky. Bush also said in his speech, however, that such things would not happen during his presidency.

Bush said that Al Queda has been injured yet still not defeated, and terrorists in Afghanistan and Iraq are testing the will of the United States.

He added that the future of mankind depends on the leadership of the United States in the global arena and that although power of freedom is strong in this era, men still have to confront grave dangers.
