Top star Jeon Ji-hyun is getting more and more attention from the foreign media. Leading publications, including the world's most authoritative weekly current events magazine, Time, are tying to catch up with her. An interview with the entertainer is scheduled to appear this month in the Asian edition of Time. Meanwhile, press from China and Hong Kong have conducted interviews with Jeon at the set of "I'll Introduce my Girlfriend." At an abandoned building in Incheon, reporters from "Entertainment Life," an entertainment program on China's largest broadcast station, B-TV, and "New Vision," a program on Hong Kong's documentary station, RTHK, focused the spotlight on Jeon, asking her a wide variety of questions on everything from the possibility of her working abroad to her hobbies.

The media focus on Jeon, which began at the end of last year when 12 prominent Japanese media outlets, including the Yomiuri and Mainichi, ran pieces on her, is because, as the biggest "Korean Wave" star, her influence is being felt in other Asian nations.

In the case of "I'll Introduce my Girlfriend" in particular, since its huge production costs have been paid in full by " Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon" producer, Bill Kong, and it's being directed by Kwak Jae-yong, well known in Asia for his previous picture, "My Sassy Girl," interest in Jeon has been sparked.
