Nuke Talks Likely to Be Held in Late December
The second round of six-way talks to resolve the North Korean nuclear crisis are expected to held on Dec. 17 and 18 in Beijing.

Korean National Security Advisor Ra Jong-yil said Monday that although there was no official announcement, the meeting is likely to be held those dates in the Chinese capital.

Meanwhile, U.S. Assistant Secretary of State James Kelly visited Japan on Monday, and plans to visit South Korea and China to hold discussions with the countries on the details of the six-way talks. (Chung Woo-sang, imagine@chosun.com )
