Roh Wins Presidential Election
|
Millenium Democratic Party candidate Roh Moo-hyun thanked people and stressed peace and dialogue Thursday night after his victory in the 16th presidential election was assured by receiving 48.96% of votes over his opponent Grand National Party's Lee Hoi-chang with 46.54%.
