Spain Take South Africa 3:2 for Clean Sweep

Spain finished top of Group B, Wednesday, beating South Africa 3:2 and securing nine points after winning all three opening round matches. Spain took an early lead just four minutes into play with forward Raul Gonzales scoring the first goal and though South Africa played well enough to make it into a two-all tie, Raul's second goal in the 56th minute broke the African team's second-half equalizer, eliminating them from the tournament on goal difference. Spain now face Ireland on Saturday. (Chris Price, chris@chosun.com )
