President Kim Joins Korea's Expectations For Second Round

At the Busan Asiad Stadium on Tuesday evening, President Kim joined other VIPs, including Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski, to witness what is being refereed to as the sensational footwork of the Korean team under the guidance of head coach Guus Hiddink.

Following the match, President Kim paid an unexpected visit to the locker room of the players to applaud them in person. His words of praise included gratitude for awarding the nation with "a significant present." The chief executive added that Tuesday's performance has boosted confidence regarding the country's entry into the second round.
