Pyongyang Refuses Bush's Offer

North Korea's Foreign Ministry issued a statement rejecting US President George W. Bush's offer for dialogue, official Central News Agency reported Thursday. The statement said the US President mentioned 'change' of North Korea's system during his recent three-Asian nation visit and viciously slandered its supreme leadership.

The statement said Bush's so-called 'axis of evil' was not related in any way to the issue of weapon of massive destruction or terrorism but a result of his constitutional sense of rejection toward its supreme leadership and system and the North Koreans would never forgive him whether he was a man of lacking rudimentary reason or politically immature child. The statement said Bush's comment was a humiliation of it's people's national sentiment and the North Koreans have no intention to deal with Bush's group that were attempting to change their system.
