The Botanical Garden at Seoul Grand Park will hold a "Spring Orchid Exhibition" from March 2 to the 10th. With the theme "Human Meets Nature," some 5,700 plants of some 630 Korean, western and oriental species, will be displayed, including 20 rare varieties found only on Mount Baekdu. Lectures on orchid growing will be given from 1:00pm to 4:30pm on March 3, 9 and 10. The garden opens from 9:00am to 6:00pm, and the Zoological Garden ticket, priced W1,500 for adults, W1,200 for teenagers, and W700 for children, will cover admission to the exhibition.
