British rock group Smokie, a popular icon from the 70's, are visiting Seoul for their first concert ever in Korea on March 30 and 31 at Yonsei University auditorium. Bringing nostalgic feelings to the middle-aged, Smokie is a soft rock band, whose debut single "If You Think You Know How to Love Me," and "Living Next Door to Alice" were international hits. The band enjoyed solid popularity until the early 80's with numerous hits, including "What Can I Do," "Mexican Girl" and "Stumbling' In." The five original members, bass guitarist Terry Uttley, lead singer and rhythm guitarist, Mike Craft, guitarist Mick McConnell, keyboard player Martin Bullard, and drummer Steve Pinnel, will bring hit numbers for oldies fans.
