What makes you think so?
¿Ö ±×·± »ý°¢À» Çϼ¼¿ä?

:: Explanation ::

When you are talking to somebody and you want to know the reason behind someone's idea or thought, you can ask '¿Ö ±×·± »ý°¢À» Çϼ¼¿ä?', which means 'what makes you think so?'.
'¾Æ¹«·¡µµ' means 'in all respects, in any way'.
'~¾úÀ» °Å¿¹¿ä', as in '±×·¨À» °Å¿¹¿ä', can be analyzed into '~¾ú~' and '~À» °Å¿¹¿ä'. '~¾ú~' is the suffix for past tense, and '~À» °Å¿¹¿ä' is used to indicate the future tense. This seems to be in contradiction, but it isn't really. '~À» °Å¿¹¿ä' can be used to express a 'conjecture' (a guess). So, in this case '~¾úÀ» °Å¿¹¿ä' is a conjecture about the past.
